Michael D. Ventre, Managing Principal

Mr. Ventre is a licensed New York broker who founded Windsor Commercial Real Estate Inc. in 2006.

Mr. Ventre's career began in the 1990's with Newmark of Long Island, LLC., a nationally recognized commercial real estate company, where he successfully represented major corporations and private companies in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, and retail property. He specializes in many aspects of commercial real estate including investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, strategic planning, and asset management.

Mr. Ventre has amassed a lengthy list of noteworthy client representations including Washington Mutual, Aflac Insurance, United Healthcare, CORE BTS and Fleet Bank.

His responsive and comprehensive approach towards servicing the clients' needs and demands has been rewarded with multiple assignments from his clients on a local and regional level.

Mr. Ventre lives in Garden City, New York with his wife, Laura, Sons Matthew and Marc and his daughter, Danielle.

Michael is a member of the Garden City Chamber if Commerce and the Long Island Commercial, Industrial Brokers Society, Garden City Kiwanis Club, and spends every third Sunday in the month of September volunteering to find a cure for Prostate Cancer at the annual 'Cruzin 4 a Cure' Car Show - a 100% not for profit organization.

Robert Reinhardt

Robert Reinhardt has spent over thirty years in the commercial real estate business on Long Island. Mr. Reinhardt began his career in 1989 with D’Angelo Forrest & Company a premier commercial and industrial real estate Long Island based company. Twenty years ago Mr. Reinhardt started his own firm Reinhardt, Becker, Ford & Associates and six years ago joined Windsor Commercial Real Estate as a Principal.

Over his career Mr. Reinhardt has specialized in the sale and lease of office and Industrial properties with a concentration on Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Large and small companies get the same professional services. Mr. Reinhardt has represented Rugby Architectural Building Products, PC Richard & Sons, MassMutual Insurance and many more local and national companies.

Mr. Reinhardt lives in Garden City with his wife, Pat and two children Michael and Ashley. He spends his free time on the golf course and is a former member of the board of Cherry Valley County Club.

Trisha Etienne

Trisha Etienne is licensed in New York as a real estate salesperson. She comes to Windsor with 15-plus years of experience in commercial real estate in both office and retail leasing. She began her Real Estate career in 2004 at a boutique firm located in Downtown Manhattan that specializes in high-end retail and office leasing.

During her years in the commercial real estate business, Trisha has completed leasing transactions on behalf of many tech, law, advertising, fashion, non-profits, and accounting firms.

Trisha’s professional model is to get to know her clients personally and is committed to translating their business objectives into a rewarding real estate opportunity. Her mission is to pinpoint deals that add value to your company while developing the right opportunities and solutions to secure their success.

Mrs. Etienne lives in Merrick, New York with her husband, David, and their two kids Kaitlyn and Kayden.

Nick Cangemi

Nick Cangemi has amassed over three decades of experience in real estate, working primarily with commercial & industrial businesses. He began his career with the firm Greiner Maltz, one of the oldest and most recognizable firms in the Greater NYC area. He then became a national broker with Newmark Knight Frank, one of the top five real estate brokerage firms in the world, working with worldwide corporations, handling customer portfolios, and negotiating acquisitions and dispositions. During his tenure at Newmark, Nick also became a real estate investment broker.

Nick has the uncanny ability to discover unique deals and offer creative solutions to maximize profits with minimal costs to customers and clients. His personal flair and sincerity have awarded him many loyal customers, including Ruby’s Costumes, the world’s largest manufacturer of children’s costumes; Central Garden & Pet, a leading international manufacturer & distributor of garden & pet products; VanBro Industries, the largest provider of concrete & asphalt in the city of New York; and Grace Capital Management, an investor in real estate, acquisition & disposition. Recently, Nick took his career in a new direction and joined Windsor Commercial Real Estate, a high energy niche firm that allows his unique skill set to shine. With renewed enthusiasm, Nick looks forward to the next successful decade in his career!

Nick lives in Queens with his wife, Colleen, and two children, Mikayla & Adrian. He spends his weekends behind a drumset, alongside saxophonist Colleen, invigorating crowds throughout the country with some of the top bands in New York.
